Nestled within Spring Creek Gardens, The Desert Spoon is part of a thriving ecosystem — one that feeds both the land and the table. Herbs and edible flowers are grown just steps from the kitchen, while our bee hives pollinate the gardens and provide local honey for our dishes.
We source the rest from Texas farms and ranches that share our belief in ethical, sustainable growing. Each menu is built around what’s in season — ensuring every plate reflects freshness, balance, and care.

Every pour and every plate supports something bigger. We proudly invest in Texas Scholars and local education programs, partner with Hill Country farmers, and source from small-batch producers across the region.
